ABOUT US

We are a friendly, welcoming and supportive church, who continue to grow our relationship with God through worship and prayer. Our services are informal, lively and relevant, with a programme for children.

We believe God's call on the church is to "proclaim the Kingdom of God afresh in each generation". This is a call to reimagine the Kingdom for our own day and own time, not to simply repeat the way in which the Kingdom of God was revealed to previous generations. The Church of England seeks to shape itself in relation to the culture in which we are located in order to transform it, through welcome and hospitality, through serving the community and through the power of the Holy Spirit and the Gospel.

We seek to do this in some of the ways outlined on the website.

OUR CALLING

At All Saints Normanton, we pursue the Glory of God through worship, ministry, giving and education. We strive to connect with Jesus Christ and to each other, in order to magnify His name. At the heart of everything we do is the understanding that we must love God with all our heart, with all our soul, and with all our mind, and to treat our neighbours as we wish to be treated ourselves.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

As devoted members of All Saints Normanton, we are constantly pursuing the calling to be fully devoted followers of Christ. To build a true heaven on Earth, we live life based on the teachings of the Bible, are passionate about prayer and are grounded in spiritual accountability. If you are interested in joining our Church, please reach out. We would love for you to visit.

The Well Project is a community centred charity based in Normanton, West Yorkshire. We work across the whole community providing positive activities for all to engage with.

Based in Haw Hill Park, just off Castleford Road, our Community Centre runs a varied, weekly programme of activities, and aims to provide people with somewhere to go, something to do and someone to talk to.
